Website content is general information and does not form a binding project commitment. Final scope, cost, timeline and responsibilities are defined in a written proposal or agreement.

Pricing

Displayed prices are starting ranges. Final pricing depends on scope, integrations, users, infrastructure and delivery requirements.

Project engagement

Development begins after written scope approval and required advance payment. Requirements outside the agreed scope may require a change request, revised timeline and additional charges.

Third-party services

Domains, hosting, messaging, payment gateways, app stores and external APIs may have separate terms, costs and availability outside IdeaCodify control.

Intellectual property

Final ownership and source-code handover are governed by the project agreement and completion of payment obligations. Pre-existing frameworks, reusable modules and third-party components remain subject to their applicable rights.

Limitation

IdeaCodify does not guarantee traffic, revenue, funding, ranking or business success. Liability and remedies are governed by the signed service agreement.
