Project work
Fees for discovery, design and development are typically milestone based. Completed milestones are generally non-refundable. Cancellation of remaining work is handled according to the signed proposal or service agreement.
Domain, hosting and renewals
Domain registration and third-party hosting or email products follow the terms of the upstream registry or provider. Once a domain is registered, registry fees are commonly non-refundable.
